Upon receipt of your E-Mail we will call the phone number you have submitted to verify your order and to process your credit card or payment information.

All credit card information is verified.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Novus, Discover). We do not accept any international cards. Name, address and phone number will be verified on all credit card purchases. Not responsible for typographical errors or accuracy of product specs. Ohio residents add 6.5% sales tax. Prices and availability subject to change without notice. All trademarks are registered trademarks of their respective companies.
Hardware Return Policy: 25 day return (from order date) on defective items or unopened items. All returned items must be shipped back in original packaging. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Software must be returned to the manufacturer only. Opened software is non-returnable.
Exceptions: Storage devices will receive replacement only. Some manufacturers require their products be returned directly to them. This includes Toshiba and Creative Labs among others. We cannot accept any returns on these products as they must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Discontinued items must also be returned directly to the manufacturer. Burnt or items obviously damaged due to misuse or improper installation will not be accepted.
DesignTech Computer Group is not responsible for any loss of work ("down time") or data caused by a product malfunction nor will DesignTech Computer Group warrant any problems arising from an act of God (lightning, etc.), electrical spikes or surges or out of any hardware, software or additional devices added in a manner not within the manufacturer's specifications or any abuse or misuse.
In all cases, customer must provide all original manuals, boxes, packing or software that came with the product being returned.
