Questions & Our Policies

Shipping & Handling
- All orders must be shipped to a street address. No sales will be made
to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
- In-stock orders placed before 4pm EST will be shipped out same day.
Orders will be sent UPS ground arriving in 2-3 days for in-stock items.
- Items will be shipped from the closest of our six warehouses with the
receipts being sent seperately via regular post.
- We are currently not accepting international orders. All orders must
be in the contiguous United States.
- No COD shipments accepted.
No orders will be sent to California
due to the state tax collection laws. Sorry.
There are also no shipments made to
Alaska or Hawaii.
Returns
- Defective hardware may be returned within 25 days from the order
date. The item will be exchanged for the same item. We do not pay for
return shipment, but we will ship the replacement item for free.
- No items may be returned burnt or with defects caused due to improper
handling or installation.
- All returns on non-defective merchandise or merchandise not exchanged
for the same item will be charged a restocking fee of 20% or $25.00
(whichever is less). Refunds or credits will be minus the restocking and
shipping fee.
- All returns require a return merchandise authorization number.
Returns are usually shipped to our Florida branch. Please have your
serial # and the reason for the return when calling to request an RMA#.
- Software must be returned to the manufacturer only. We guarantee no
returns on opened software.
- Exceptions: Storage devices are eligible for replacement
only. Some manufacturers require that products be returned directly to
them. These include Toshiba and Creative Labs among others. We cannot
accept returns on these products. These and discontinued items must be
returned directly to the manufacturers.
Credit Cards
- We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard). We do not accept any
international cards.
- Information will be verified on all credit card purchases.
Other
- We do not sell refurbished products. All items are NEW and factory
sealed.
- All returned checks are subject to a $15 penalty charge.
- Purchase orders are not accepted without a credit card or payment
unless prior arrangements have been made.
- All orders in Ohio must include 6.5% state sales tax. We are not
responsible for collecting sales tax outside of Ohio.
- We do not currently have a mailing list.
